Yi Cha Workshop. The making of a cup of local good tea, the intention of a cup of friendly good tea, originating from the persistence of Alishan tea farmers. The making of a cup of local good tea, the intention of a cup of friendly good tea, originating from the persistence of Alishan tea farmers. Yi Cha Workshop adopts natural farming methods, preserving the simple essence of tea leaves, without extravagance or exaggeration. Upholding the local spirit of respecting heaven, loving the earth, and making good tea, all for the purpose of conveying the blissful taste of a cup of tea. Although Director Lin Ying-jiao inherited the family business, she started from scratch, understanding the path of Taiwanese good tea. Every step was arduous but also solid. Starting from her own tea plantation, she learned tea cultivation, harvesting, processing, roasting, marketing, and opening a branded tea shop, personally overseeing the strictest quality control of tea leaves, determined to let customers taste truly authentic, genuine Taiwanese good tea! There are no secrets along the way, except for persistence, and more persistence. Speaking of this entrepreneurial journey, Lin Ying-jiao said the most difficult part was: understanding the profound knowledge of 'managing a tea plantation'! Especially in the early stages of entrepreneurship, during the tea harvesting season in the mountains, encountering frequent labor shortages would cause great anxiety. Recalling these tough times, she can now smile and say: it was all worth it! Therefore, she dares to tell consumers loudly, 'The tea you drink, we grow ourselves.' It is also a gesture of goodwill towards consumers and local good tea, and it is the only way to forge the path of the Yi Cha brand. The simple and unadorned packaging is not overly flashy.
