During his student days, Zhong Xiaozhe had work-travel experience and tasted a very pure American-style hamburger—one without excessive sauces, focusing solely on the meat as the soul of the burger. "Although simple, the taste was very refreshing," he recalled fondly. "But after returning to Taiwan, I never tasted a similar sensation again." This very motivation solidified his goal of opening a new type of Western restaurant. Zhong Xiaozhe proudly mentioned that all the dishes in the restaurant use natural ingredients, insisting on not adding strong seasonings like MSG or chicken powder.
