Unlike typical Taiwanese tea shops, Dings Tea takes the form of a cafe, offering freshly brewed cups of tea to help young people understand the heart of Taiwanese tea without any distance. After Zhong Ming-Zhi returned to his hometown and entered the tea industry, he was surprised to find that the number of young people consuming tea was astonishingly low. This was because the younger generation was more accustomed to the convenience and affordability of bubble tea, creating a sense of distance from traditional Taiwanese tea. They not only didn't understand its culture and meaning but also hesitated to enter tea shops to learn more. Therefore, how to give Taiwanese tea and young people a chance to get to know each other became the original intention behind establishing Dings Tea. As a result, Dings Tea created a new tea-drinking experience, building a comfortable and pressure-free space for enjoying tea.
