The most heartwarming cafe. If you don't look carefully, you might easily miss "Fusion Cafe" on Zhongshan Road. It's a small place with an unassuming exterior, but as soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the owner's warm welcome and the relaxed atmosphere of the patrons. The owner, known as "Sister Er" (Lin Peiyu), mentions that this is the feeling the cafe wants to bring to its customers, hoping to create a family-like atmosphere, as if among friends. This is also how the cafe got its name – allowing visitors to "fuse" into this atmosphere and feel the warmth of human connection. In its early days as a franchise, the main customers were small families. Now, after establishing its own cafe, it has been 16 years, and the customer base remains unchanged. "Many customers have grown with us," Sister Er (Lin Peiyu) says with gratitude in her eyes. "So, the cafe still primarily serves regulars, with new customers making up only about 20-30%. However, once they visit, they become regulars," she adds proudly. Indeed, the coffee beans are carefully selected and roasted by the owner, Huang Weishun, while the desserts and light meals are personally prepared by Sister Er after ensuring the quality of the ingredients. With years of experience working in a hospital, her priority is to ensure that customers can eat well.
