However, for Wan-chen of Evie's Café, it represents a higher expectation—a medium for the beautiful things in life. After graduating with an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the United States, she experienced different work styles in places like the US, China, and Taipei. She realized the lifestyle that truly suited her personality and expectations. After much consideration, she decided to resign and move towards her ideal future. She wanted to use a professional coffee shop as a medium to promote various beautiful aspects of life to the public. "The entrepreneurial process was truly arduous, encountering many obstacles and difficulties, as well as cynical remarks from others. I don't know how many times I wavered between persistence and giving up." After six years of refinement and perseverance, she dedicated considerable effort to roasting, extracting, and tasting coffee. Through online presence and word-of-mouth, she accumulated customers and finally opened a physical store in 2016, becoming a tangible platform to share coffee with everyone. By organizing lectures, workshops, sharing sessions, exhibitions, and other events, she transformed the coffee shop into a space for "beauty."
