The Old House Renewal Project provided guidance for the renovation and revitalization of an old house in this alley, transforming it into "Ice Sauce Camp." This old house is 43 years old and is a mixed structure of timber and reinforced concrete. The stairs and the second-floor flooring are made of wood, and there are also intricately carved hollowed-out iron windows, all exuding the charm of yesteryear. After leasing, a master craftsman was hired for repairs, and the wooden doors and wrought-iron windows were dismantled and repurposed as decorative wall art, preserving the atmosphere of the old era.
