The park's feature, the Dongshi Hakka Culture Park's museum, was rebuilt from the old Dongshi Train Station. The original train station platform, and the rain shelter at the entrance of the waiting room, were demolished due to their old structure during the renovation. However, the long benches where passengers used to sit while waiting for trains have been intentionally preserved inside the exhibition room, which was converted from the waiting room. Behind the Dongshi Hakka Culture Museum is the Dongfeng Green Corridor bicycle path. The green scenery is widespread throughout the corridor, and you can see the beautiful mountain scenery in the distance. This is one of the new tourist landmarks in central Taiwan.
