1. What is that mysterious red object in the flatbread?
A. It's our handmade pickled beetroot! The inspiration comes from Australian burgers, and the pickling method was learned from locals there. It has a unique texture and pairs perfectly with the flatbread!
2. Is the "Middle Eastern Falafel" not meat?
A. That's right, it's not! It's made from mashed chickpeas. It's a very common Jewish food abroad, and it's the most popular dish among our foreign customers!
3. The Oregon Salad seems quite mild in flavor?
