Combining traditional Taiwanese and Japanese baking methods, he improved traditional mooncakes and successively developed the highly acclaimed Xiao Yue Bing and Egg Yolk Pastry, which were met with widespread acclaim. The fourth generation, Mr. Chen Kun Hong, further developed exclusive products such as Lu Zhi Guo and Ri Yue Shao, reaching new heights in pastry craftsmanship. Over the years, the brand has received numerous accolades, including gold awards from excellent food evaluations and the Taichung Specialty Store Award. In 2013, Chen Yun Pao Chuan Ziyou Road Main Store added the name of the first generation, Chen Yun, to the original Pao Chuan store name, becoming Chen Yun Pao Chuan, to express gratitude for the source and the inheritance of skills and culture across generations.
