Lotus Garden Lotus Products DIY Tourist Factory. The bakery was established in 1972. Later, policies promoted local industries, leading to the rise of the 'one town, one industry' initiative. The Baihe Lotus Festival was launched, and processed lotus seed products were developed to coincide with it. The bakery was established in 1972. The Baihe Lotus Festival was launched, and processed lotus seed products were developed to coincide with it, becoming popular souvenirs for 15 years with over 40 varieties. Due to workplace and visitor needs, the Lotus Garden Agricultural Processing Plant was established in 2003, allowing visitors to observe the production of lotus seed products. In 2010, with policies promoting rice consumption, the factory comprehensively redeveloped 100% flour-free baked rice products. Currently, there are 16 mature products, including rice bread (baked goods) whose quality and texture surpass those of developed countries. A launch event was held on August 5th in the lobby of the Council of Agriculture, receiving unanimous praise from the Food and Agriculture Agency, the Institute of Food Science and Technology, and various other units.
