Located on Yanping Street, Anping's first old street, the Anping Guiji Food and Culture Museum was built from the ancestral home of the Yang family. From the side, you can still see the traditional architectural style of a "horse-ridge" roof, where pigeons and sparrows often perch. Another unique feature of the ancestral home is the mini air-raid shelter, hand-dug by the Yang ancestors to hide from American air raids. The shelter's construction is quite ingenious and worth a visit. Currently, the entire museum features Guiji's famous Dingbiancuo, shrimp and meat dumplings, and taro cakes, combined with several other well-known Tainan snacks to offer a complete set of authentic Tainan delicacies, aptly named "Tainan Snack Flavor Meal," providing customers with a rich and affordable Anping feast.
