Our shop originated in 1961, founded by Mr. and Mrs. Hong Bingren who started their business with a stall at the intersection of Ximen Road and Fuzheng Road (local name: Xiadadao) in Tainan City. Later, in 1980, due to road expansion and demolition, we relocated to the current site to continue our business, and it is now managed by the second generation.
