The owner emphasizes hygiene and quality in his business, constantly improving the taste and quality, leading to booming business. Almost everyone in Xinying, young and old, has tried his stinky tofu. At that time, there was no official name, but because the stall was next to Shijian Hall, it became known as 'Shijian Hall Stinky Tofu,' becoming a specialty snack in the Xinying area. The main ingredients of stinky tofu can be divided into pickled cabbage, dipping sauce, and the stinky tofu itself. Due to the owner's dedicated craftsmanship, it attracts discerning foodies in all three aspects, and vegetarians can also enjoy this stinky tofu.
