A time-honored stinky tofu eatery, now in its third generation with 50 years of history. Its signature stinky tofu and crispy stinky tofu draw gourmands from afar. The owner emphasizes that the stinky tofu is marinated with a purely handmade, aged brine. Due to its meticulous preparation, the texture is exceptionally fine. Paired with rich and smooth pig's blood soup or fish cake soup, it's a great value, affordable, and delicious meal. The stinky tofu commonly seen is cut into pieces and fried to a crisp. Here, the stinky tofu pieces are larger, and a deep fryer is used to control the oil temperature for consistent quality. This results in a stinky tofu that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, complemented by sweet and sour pickled cabbage for a rich layering of flavors. It has been featured on Sanli Television's "Looking at Taiwan with Heart" program and in the Tainan County monthly magazine "Nanying New Image."
