Chimei Cafe. The patriarch of the group – Mr. Xu Wen-long, founder of Chimei Corporation, loved art and leisure, and then led the Chimei Group to spread the seeds of art; established the Chimei Museum. To fulfill the intention of providing a comfortable resting space for visitors, it led to the establishment of Chimei Cafe. Chimei Cafe was established with 100% investment from Chimei Foods, a related enterprise of the Chimei Group. Combining the cultural resources of the Chimei Foundation, it embarks on a journey of art, music, and coffee, allowing visitors to enjoy the aroma of coffee and be gently brushed by Western art. The first branch of Chimei Cafe – the Museum Branch – opened on January 1, 2000. Over nine years, Chimei Cafe started from the museum, then served related enterprises, and expanded externally to TSMC Fab 6, ITRI Headquarters, Toppan Photomask Company, National Chiao Tung University, National Cheng Kung University Chimei Building, and Chimei Happiness Life Experience Hall (Dream Mall). Currently, 14 branches have been established.
