Jia Wu Jian Can. Owner Su Shu-hua chose the concept of "home" as the core design for "Jia Wu," which she founded in early 2004 in this idyllic, secluded countryside. She is someone who knows how to integrate a beautiful space into a dining business. So, she first dedicated much effort to learning spatial design, then diligently apprenticed to master culinary skills, opening Jia Wu with the mindset of a bento box expert. Therefore, upon entering Jia Wu, one can see Su Shu-hua's thoughtful arrangements everywhere: the wooden sign amidst swaying tree shadows, the small toys on the many parallel horizontal wooden shelves at the entrance, the wooden bookshelves in the corners, and the elegant seating under the rattan trellis. It exudes a simple and natural "home" atmosphere, allowing every diner to feel relaxed and at ease, as if dining in their own home restaurant.
