One bite fills your mouth with the aroma of scallions. The owner, Lin Chang-hsiung, learned this recipe from a Shandong friend. Each pancake costs only NT$15 and has satisfied the stomachs of many Cheng Kung University students for decades. Victory Breakfast is open daily from 4 PM to 10 AM the next day. Besides the scallion pancake, they also recommend the Pork Egg Crepe, which is a traditional egg crepe filled with lettuce and a pork patty, making it very tender.
