Now run by the third generation, Yeh Tian-shun, and his wife, Jin-feng, it has a history of over 60 years. Unlike regular rice noodles, we use Tainan's unique "thick rice noodles," made from brown rice, which are gentle on the stomach! They resemble rice flour noodles (mi tadai) in appearance, but have a smooth, tender, and chewy texture without being mushy. The squid is imported Indonesian mid-sized squid, with thick, fresh, and delicious meat that is chewy and springy. Served with broth made from boiling the squid and cut celery, and a pinch of pepper, it is refreshing, sweet, and savory. Absolutely no artificial MSG or sugar is added, so please enjoy with peace of mind!
