The creation of the A-Chiao Master Water Rice Porridge brand stems from Qiao Mom's longing for her brother, Qiao Dad's fond memories of his friend, the "Bowl Director," and their youngest daughter Ya-Chiao's passion for inheriting the family business. In 2014 and 2015, Qiao Mom's elder brother, who was also Qiao Dad's culinary mentor, and Peng Xi-Zhi, a designer of Tainan's unique bowls, passed away successively.
