It is a natural beverage that cannot be replaced by machines or chemical processing. We also use fruit preserves made from locally sourced fresh fruits (Mulberry from Xiaying, Tainan; Passion fruit from Puli; Green mango from Yujing, Tainan; Pineapple from Guanmiao, Tainan; Lemon from Jiuru, Pingtung, guaranteed to be free of preservatives and artificial flavors). The fruit love jelly we prepare offers a variety of flavors beyond the traditional single taste of love jelly, providing Buddha's Love Jelly with multiple choices and layered textural variations for consumers.
