In 2019, owner Liya traveled to Naples, Italy, to learn the new trend of "cloud crust." Inheriting the thin crust of "traditional Neapolitan pizza," made with Italian flour and sourdough starter, it undergoes two fermentations and three processes. The crust is topped with abundant selected ingredients and baked in an imported Italian oven, creating a signature leopard-spotted crust.
