In 2015, it won the championship in the Hakka Cuisine Competition, inheriting the "pickled food culture" developed by the Hakka people to preserve food for a long time. With years of culinary skills, it uses pickled preserved vegetables to cook various delicious Hakka dishes, bringing innovative and rich culinary vitality to Hakka traditions and ensuring the sustainable inheritance of Hakka food culture to create a unique brand. A-Cong Shi Assorted Noodles aims to promote the core values and purpose of the Hakka industry, considering how its culture can be deeply rooted in the hearts of the Hakka people and allow the general public to understand Hakka origins and history. The appearance of the bento box, in addition to allowing customers to intuitively associate the product with Hakka food through Hakka floral fabric, also incorporates aged winter melon preserved by Grandma into the dishes through A-Cong Shi's skillful hands. There are no fancy plating decorations or exaggerated tableware, just the familiar flavors of early Hakka people: the three elements of "salty," "oily," and "fragrant," combined with modern healthy eating habits, cooking the dishes into innovative Hakka cuisine. This idea won the championship in the 2015 Central Taiwan Hakka Cuisine Competition. The reason for this success is that the judges unanimously agreed that modern Hakka cuisine, in addition to retaining pickled products as one of the dietary habits, can also be adapted to modern low-oil cooking.
