We primarily engage in third-level experience services and reservation-based specialty dining. The restaurant uses ingredients such as rice, pomelos, fresh seafood, and some meat products, cultivated through contracts with agricultural and fishing villages. We organize fishing village tours and unique DIY activities like marinated squid and cut wine bottles. Additionally, we assist in selling local specialty products, including craft beer, flying fish sausage, and bubble ice. We do not use disposable tableware and insist on a reservation system for ingredients. Our sole philosophy is to promote friendliness, believing that by being kind to our environment, the earth will reciprocate with excellent and nutritious food crops.
