They only sell in the morning, from 5 AM to 9 AM. In 2011, Li Yongchun's wife, Peng Xiaoling, and his sister-in-law extended their sales to Dongshi. They chose a spot in front of the Dongshi Township Farmers' Association, where there was a lot of foot and vehicle traffic, and set up a stall named 'Fusi Handmade Steamed Buns' selling handmade steamed buns and dumplings. Due to the authentic craftsmanship, business was good, and it became a well-known snack stall in Dongshi. 'Fusi Handmade Steamed Buns' are made with high-gluten flour, entirely by hand, without machines. The filling for the dumplings includes cabbage, pork, carrots, and jicama.
