In 2004, Wang Wenzhen returned to Xinwen and set up his stall under the Jiaying Temple archway to sell his creations. In addition to traditional plain tofu pudding, he also offers flavors like peanut, mung bean, red bean, and Job's tears. Xinwen Frozen Tofu Pudding emphasizes health and wellness. The tofu pudding is handmade every morning, without preservatives. The soybeans are imported from Canada, are non-GMO, and come with an import certificate. The red beans, mung beans, and Job's tears are all cooked daily, are produced in Taiwan, and have passed pesticide testing. The syrup is made by simmering Taiwan Sugar granulated sugar for a long time. Wang Wenzhen's frozen tofu pudding is refreshingly cool without the need for crushed ice, as the stall itself functions as a large refrigerator – a result of Wang Wenzhen's years of experience selling tofu pudding.
